What data we collect

When you submit an enquiry form we collect the name, affiliation, email address, product of interest and message you provide, together with the page the enquiry was sent from. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry and to understand which products generate interest. We do not sell personal data.

Cookies

We use two categories of cookie:

  • Strictly necessary — required for the site to function. These are always active and do not require consent.
  • Analytics & advertising — Google Analytics and Google Ads (gtag.js), used to measure how the site is used and to measure advertising performance. These are only set after you accept them via the consent banner. Until then, Google Consent Mode keeps analytics and advertising storage disabled.

Your choices

You can accept or decline analytics and advertising cookies using the banner shown on your first visit. To change your choice later, clear this site's data in your browser and the banner will reappear. You also have the right under the GDPR to access, correct or erase your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (Tietosuojavaltuutettu).

Data retention

Enquiry data is retained for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics settings.
